TOMS Shoes

I love, love, love this idea. What a wonderful way to give back to the world.

Want another pair of shoes for yourself? Cool, it might be your 1st pair of TOMS, but it might be the 1st pair of shoes ever for the children in Argentina.

Blake… I wish there were more people like you. I hope someday to meet you.

You inspire me to do more.

Watch here for their very first shoe drop last year in Argentina.

    Hey guys
If you LOVE TOMS and want to order online and get a $ 6.95 DISCOUNT…please make sure that you enter josiec in the “Special Code” field on the last page of checkout. As soon as you click out of that field and move on to enter your credit card info, the page will refresh and your order total on the far right hand side will reflect a $6.95 discount. Please make sure that you are letting the order page refresh to reflect their discount before they submit the order otherwise it will not give you the discount…please use it you guys it will really help the company and I out a lot
    Thank you

I actually found mothersfightingforothers while looking for TOMS-related stuff online. But now I’m totally intrigued by your site and your concept.

I know some guys who work with a female friend of mine from college who live in Iraq and are doing something similar to TOMS. I was trying to find out more about all this.

These guys we know call their deal Buy Shoes. Save Lives. (http://buyshoessavelives.com) and they are selling these beautiful Iraqi hand-made shoes as a way of getting money for heart surgeries for Iraqi children. Apparently lots of kids are dying in Iraq from heart problems since the healthcare is so bad. I actually know a few moms who bought the shoes and like them.

I’d say Buy Shoes. Save Lives. would constitute a group of people fighting for others. I mean, living in Iraq to accomplish this is no small thing.

I’m sure they’d appreciate any publicity you could give them on your blog – kinda like you did for TOMS.

great site! Me and my family will be back frequently to learn from you all.
